Winter Wonderland Wedding

~Raspberry Truffle~
Chocolate fudge-raspberry cake filled with chocolate fudge & raspberry puree. Iced in Hersey's chocolate frosting and covered in fondant, RI scrolls. Roses are fondant and were made by the bride.

My maternal grandparents were from the Azores and came to the states in 1914, so I grew up eating Portuguese food and love to re-create recipes that my grandmother and mom made throughout the years. I've only lived in Montana for 2 years. I was born and raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Your cakes are absolutely gorgeous!
